He explained all my options emphasizing there was no pressure to take any. He brought the most sensible and least pricy options. He also warned me against upgrading my full panel saying that I didn't have a tangible benefit. Though he said it's common to get that suggestion (He was right, other guys have been trying to get me to upgrade a few times over the years.)
